The Chaam Kiu is the second form in the Wing Chun system it teaches the practitioner how to move into an opponents center and how to attack and defend at angles and different directions. This form is the prelude to advanced techniques. The applications cannot be learned properly without a teacher, because they are more complicated than the Sui Nim tau.
