Berlin is finally getting a brand new airport. Berlin-Brandenburg International is under construction. But the political row over eastern Germany's biggest infrastructure project rumbles on. Local residents are incensed after finding out they will be directly under the flight path, despite previous plans to the contrary. They accuse politicians of a cover-up. What's more, the project is expected to be twice as expensive as originally planned. And it won't be finished on time, either.
