Joan Schneider talks product launch with Emerson College

Emersons Communications week, sponsored by the Marketing Communications department, discussed the role of marketing and the importance of creating effective new product launch campaigns in todays globalized world. SA President, Joan Schneider, participated in a panel discussion with Michelle Heath, Vice-President of Marketing at Currensee. Joan and Michele were introduced by John Davis, Emerson Chair of Marketing Communication, and Cathy Waters, Emersons Graduate Marketing Director, who acted as moderator. One of the key topics discussed was product launch planning and how the B2B and B2C worlds are blurring, so it is now B2E or Business to Everyone as a result of the internet and social media.
