Belgium breaks up Chechnya-linked Islamic network

Belgian police on Tuesday broke up a Chechnya-linked Islamist network plotting an attack on Belgium and rounded up another extremist group suspected of recruiting jihad fighters, amid heightened terrorism fears in Europe.
