KINDNESS!!! I know way too much time has passed and I had intended to mail this sooner; however, here it is. This letter is to commend your entire staff at Horan and McConaty Funeral Home and most especially Debra Rupp and Lyman Wheeler for funeral preparation and funeral direction for my mother's funeral on June 1, 2010. The day went off without a hitch and I truly appreciate everything you did. The organization of the funeral director and staff, the precision of the police escort, the kindness and timeliness of the limousine driver, and the food catering service was amazing.
