How to Create Projects on ValleySpeak Project Server (Part 4

This video shows how simple it is to create projects on the ValleySpeak Project Server. First, let us log into the browser interface of ValleySpeak Project Server as Paul Macy who is the Project Manager, and currently there are no projects in Paul's portfolio. So, lets switch to Microsoft Project to create a brand new project. Lets create some sample tasks and dependencies and then save the project to the desktop and call it, New Product Development. Once the Project is successfully created with the resources assigned and also the tasks, then we need to publish it on to the Server, then sync-up the resources with the server. Now we switch back to browser, we can see all the projects, tasks assigned to Paul on his dashboard.
