NWOBHM - Ricochet - Honest Thieves (2010)

The second track from the new album from Ricochet (NWOBHM - Birmingham). The new album 'The blue eyed beggar and the teenage captain' is currently being written and recorded. The premise of the song is very simple; it is just a list of the different and stupid expenses that UK politicians claimed for in the expense fiasco. In the same way 'Off the rails' was the B-side to 'Midas light', 'Honest Thieves' is the B-side to 'The blue eyed beggar'. Like 'Off the rails', Honest Thieves is short, sharp and rocks your head off. It has a feel of 'Ace of Spades' but with something different...a major stadium type chant at the end.
