These spots will begin airing in late September of this year and will continue throughout the 2011 air show season. “As co-marketing partners with air shows, the GEICO Skytypers are especially excited about this addition to our marketing mix. These spots are specifically intended to promote the team’s appearance while driving additional attendees to the air shows”, says GEICO Skytypers Marketing Officer and Pilot, Steve Kapur. The recently created spots feature footage of the team’s low level precision formation flying routine while providing specific information surrounding air show dates and locations customized for each appearance.
