Road Safety Video: Weapon of Choice?

Road Respect asks, through this road safety video ‘Which Weapon Do you Choose?' It takes a split second to do something stupid that could have fatal consequences. Every year dozens of people lose their lives on North East roads. This campaign is striving to change driving culture in the region by encouraging everyone to demand greater respect between road users. Putting on lipstick is a harmless task you may do every day. Doing it behind the wheel could have fatal consequences for you, your passengers and other drivers. Dangerous driving can have the same consequences as putting a gun to your head or knife to your neck - you're going to be killed or branded a killer! Having a few drinks before jumping into the driver's seat-you may as well choose a fatal weapon and kill yourself. Is it time to re-consider your driving behaviour? It's cool to drive safely, it's not cool to be a killer!
