The SONATA HOUSE RENTAL is an accommodation in Le Marche Region, in central Italy, close the adriatic coast. The name evoke classical music and in effect the house belong to a musician and could be perfect for other musician too.
The home, relatively new in the hilltop village of Carassai, is about 200 years old. It has recently been entirely redone. The house has a gourmet kitchen, a lovely separate dining room and a large music room where to play chamber music with friends. Upstairs is a very sunny living room with views of the distant mountains. From a bedroom is possible to see the Town Hall and the main piazza. From other rooms upstairs, the guest bedroom and the study, you look on the 15th Century ramparts of the Castello Vecchio.
