Time's Litany

The material was originally photographed for the PORCUPINE TREE video 'Time Flies' which featured on 'The Incident' album and as part of the live show. Director / editor Lasse Hoile greatly accelerated most of the shots to keep tempo with the song, but the original motion control moves had a grace and an atmosphere that I felt deserved a separate showcase.
With kind permission from Steven Wilson, in his ambient incarnation BASS COMMUNION, music from the album 'Litany' was used in the creation of a 2k digital film, built by the wonderful Alex Hibbitt at Arts Alliance Media, and which premiered at the Bradford Film Festival's 'Widescreen Weekend' event in 2010.
