He doesn't actually live here, but this is his home when he is in texas and he visits often. This is a very peaceful area and if you are interested in purchasing this house let me know if uyou are making a serious inquiry. this is not a senior citizen community, but you have to be at least 48 to live here and no families with children are allowed. children can visit and even have extended stays, but this is not a community for kids. Nice and quite with deer and other nature life. This home is also on top of the hill, so the view is breathtaking on clear days which is almost every day.
