24# IRONMAN Here we come! (some day)

Part 1# The awesome Dr.Lezlie Maloy invited me to come check out her facility (Spring Valley Chiropractic). I had a great chance to meet a 3 time IRONMAN finisher Jason Maloy who just finished up with IRONMAN St.George. The whole staff at this place was all about sports/Athletics and just beaming with energy. I was sitting in the Lobby getting all pumped up watching a early 90's IRONMAN competition, So much so that by the time i left i agree'd to do my second ever sprint Triathlon in June! What can i say... People excited about what they do... motivate me! This isn't a commercial.. These technologies shown have HUGE benefits for everyone but especially larger athletes. I believe in what their doing, they live and breathe this Multi-Sport lifestyle. I'm looking forward to showing you more from Spring Valley as they offer so many sports specific services (i couldn't really do them all justice in this introduction video). Athlete or not they have Chiropractic Care, On staff Multi-Sport and Nutritional coaching with Lear Johnson,ART (Active Release Technique) great for over-use injuries, Acupuncture, Massage Therapy and much more! This is for sure TO BE CONTINUED!!! :)
