Footage has finally surfaced from last summer's 'The Last Song' wrap party in Georgia. Miley Cyrus, who was 16 at the time, was filmed "dirty" dancing with the movie's producer, 44-year-old Adam Shankman. TMZ exclusively uncovered the video ... which included a graphic lap dance. According to TMZ sources, the people who shot the video say they were offended and many people left the party because there were young children in attendance.
