Top 3 Hip Strengthening Exercises!!!!!!

http://ScottThom.com in the spirit of Mexico and Shakira songs being on the radio every three minutes, I figured a hip strengthening vid was in order!!!!! Obviously, exercise like squats, cleans, snatches are amazing for increasing your hips explosiveness. These three exercises do a fantastic job of isolating your hips, and are extremely better for you than those "giving birth" hip abduction and adduction machines. Guys we don't look too manly on those things, and they can trigger low back and sciatic issues. Thanks for viewing and create a great day!!!! -Coach T
