This is a beautifully put together demonstration of classical conditioning. What delights me is how attentive the beloved pet is to the beloved owner. All is for naught in the absence of this 4 letter ingredient. It affirms for me the parallel of our pets to our young children; the common fulcrum providing the lift for both species is, above all else, the desire to please us.
