Fire @ University Plaza

Fire that started around 5:30am at the university plaza. mels diner, scotia bank, university eye centre, mr.sushi, sugarmountain and tabu severely damaged (likely beyond repair). caesars looked ok, the rest of the roof collapsed. By the time this video was taken the fire had already died down a bit.
