Car crash spins former pro golfer to sports fashion world

Like the legendary Jan Stephenson zeroing in on a 30-foot putt to win a major tour championship, Jun Lee had her sights set on a successful career in women’s pro golf. After all, Jun had the right pedigree, background and training to put the pieces together for what could have been a string of LPGA victories – she started golfing at the age of 5, was shooting in the 60s/low 70s by her teenage years, and she had earned a full scholarship to San Jose State University and its then top-ranked NCAA women’s golf team. And the same competitive fire that got her to that point was already in her blood: her older brother is a world champion marksman who won the gold medal for South Korea in the 50m rifle prone event at the 1992 Summer Olympics in Barcelona.
