Jaymie Night chats with Nu Suandokmai a master Thai Chef, passionate about the Middle Kingdom Royal Thai cuisine, that has been passed down from his Thai Mother who was a chef for the Royal family. Nu shares his passion with us here in Sydney and for that we are eternally greatful. His food is very imaginative, and he feels that he has plenty of scope for originality without venturing outside his traditional roots. Nu has also been trained in some of Australia's best restaurants and runs his kitchen more like a high class European kitchen. His menu us fabulous and ever changing as he constantly creates new dishes to allow for the seasonal changes in produce and his appetite for creation.
