Catalina Rose Bay is a family run business, with the owners Michael and Judy often found on the floor, however there is something more about this restaurant, it is very well run, the floor staff are extremely well trained and everything runs like clockwork. The food is fabulous innovative and extremely tasty. The view, one of the worlds best is almost a secondary consideration.
