Brad Roderick, executive vice president of Inkcycle, provides green office tips, leadership advice and internal eco-communication strategies. According to Roderick, over the last few years, there are better practices to be able to remanufacture, recycle, reduce and reuse materials than there ever have been before. Some of the suggested office changes are energy saving lights, eco-friendly flooring, using recycled copier paper and replacing company vehicles with hybrids.

"You have to have 'buy-in' at the top and a long term strategy. I think this is where a lot of people struggle with it. You cant have a fad of the week, or a fad of the quarter, and what happens... is those key members, those employees, start coming up with all the solutions." - Brad Roderick
