The Space Pirates - Episode 1.1
My reconstruction of Episode One of this mostly missing Who serial, made using screen captures, publicity stills, video clips and the surviving soundtrack (narrated by Frazer Hines).
Please note, I don't have as many images as I normally like to have when attempting a reconstruction (this story was never tele-snapped). Therefore, there's an emphasis on generic close-ups in this recon, particularly during Episode Three onwards, and many of the shots used do get a bit repetitive. Episode One isn't bad, though, even if I do say so myself...!
The surviving Episode Two is available on DVD in the Lost in Time box set. The narrated soundtrack is available on CD from BBC Audio. Support the BBC releases!
