Reflections Part 1 - Compositions of GS RAJAN

Reflections - a series of world music compositions of Composer-Flautist GS RAJAN. This video was converted from a very old film when GS RAJAN presented his composition - raga symphony - in New Delhi at the Kamani Auditorium in 1994. Great musicologist Late Dr. Raghava Menon commented that it was GS RAJAN who first did such a musical and brought in musical terms such as fusion and world music to India. The then Chief Election Commissioner of India Mr. T.N. Seshan who was present also apprecited GS RAJAN. This is the first video from the series titled Reflections.
