In one of their final acts as a band and low on recording money, Greenhouse Effect (G.E.) cut this fabulous Catchy Song. "Ripping Reason" would be a stand out track on the BIG TEEN DOLLAR$ C.D. in Sept / Oct. circa 1992 as the band would say good bye amid turmoil and Bam Magazine scandal infamy ! Bassist Rick Carmody blew out of town - and straight into another local band. Clark Hagins would cut two more cd's in 1994 and 95 respectively. Though Hagins would try several times, he could not lure back together his beloved band ,...and by 1998 He found himself in a new Redondo Beach 5 piece called Svengali - a short lived project for him. 1999 and 2000 saw the formation of a site called MP3.COM where Hagins began to upload his tracks anew,....2004 and 2005 saw the birth of the video "Boom era" where Greenhouse Effect song videos took hold - and took charge at GoogleVideoCom ! "Black White Song" and "Brandy" exploding in downloads world wide !!
