Video of the day | Iraqi interns in Germany

Iraq is still very much a country in chaos. But slowly,some things are beginning to return to normal,as troops from the US-led coalition that invaded the country in 2003 gradually withdraw.
Germany has traditionally had good trading relations with Iraq,and the Iraq-Horizons 2015 program is meant to help ensure that this continues to be the case in the future. Supported by German institutions,the program sponsors internships for 18 young Iraqis at German companies. It is hoped they will take new ideas home with them to help stimulate the country’s economy.
