These are TV spots for the James Bond film, On Her Majesty's Secret Service. They originally appeared on television in 1969. Taken from my James Bond box set, the spots are unrestored and very rare.
Notice that the MPAA rating on this is M (Mature Audiences.) This rating is now long lost and is replaced by R. The rating on the restored version seen on the box set is PG, due to the removal.
