Florent is the winemaker and owner at the family property located in the Loire Valley in the village of Rochefort-sur-Loire. Domaine des Baumard produces primarily dry and sweet white wines from chenin blanc grapes. The main wine region appellations are Savennieres, Anjou, Layon (with Coteaux du Layon), and Quart de Chaume. They also make sparkling wine on chenin blanc, cabernet franc, and a bit of chardonnay.
