On June 17, 2009, Prime Minister Hun Sen commented on the ongoing MP Mu Sochua's affair, enumerated - once more - the powers he believes a Prime Minister holds and brainstormed on recent criticism by NGOs and the UN Human Rights office on the state of Freedom of Expression in Cambodia.
