'Motorcycles'

'Motorcycles' was captured on camera in a densely populated residential area of Seoul, South Korea. The motorcyclists were chosen to be the subject of this project because they are a prominent manoeuvring feature of an overwhelmingly active metropolis. The combined footage of the few seconds it takes a motorcycle to pass in and out of full view, together with the moments of colour offset, have been the means by which I have chosen to unite, add a rhythm to and edit the original footage.
