00:36This is Ron Jaworski.

00:41And by that, I mean all family.
00:43Your coworkers, your neighbors, and your friends.

01:04And can't wait to see you again soon.
01:06I'm John Morgan of Morgan & Morgan.
01:08Whenever I hear of an injured person hiring such and such a lawyer,
01:12I wonder why'd they choose that law firm?
01:15Did they see the lawyer on a big billboard, a radio ad,
01:18or maybe an advertisement on television or the back of a bus?
01:22Maybe they just Googled it and clicked the first name that showed up.
01:26And then almost all the time, I worry.
01:28I worry if they know what that lawyer is really all about.
01:32Do they know when the last time that lawyer tried a personal injury case,
01:35or maybe if they ever even did?
01:38Does the lawyer have the resources to get the most for the client?
01:41Or does the lawyer need the money more than the client does?
01:44And you'd be surprised to hear how many do.
01:47Here's my advice.
01:48Do your research.
01:49Results matter.
01:50Reputation matters.
01:52As the largest personal injury firm in America, there's really nothing like us.
01:57There's only one Morgan & Morgan.

02:50I guess we didn't shout it from the rooftops that we were out of studio yesterday.
02:56And shame on me, because here I am, I guess this was Saturday,
03:00and I'm booking a guest for Monday, and my guy was like,
03:05hey, dude, you're off Monday.
03:07Don't forget that it's a holiday.
03:08And I'm like, all right, okay, only available day Wednesday.
03:11Let's get that person on a Wednesday.
03:13So we're going to have Sean Bradley, Eagles linebacker, newly Eagles linebacker,
03:18rookie, just drafted by the parents.
03:19Local kid.
03:20Temple product.
03:21Uh-huh, South Jersey boy.
03:22I was just going to say South Jersey.
03:24I still got Colonel on my head, on my mind.
03:26Still got Colonel on my mind.
03:27Hey, he's hard to get out of your mind.
03:29From our interview Monday, Mike Curran, the great Mike Curran joined us.
03:32But I hope you guys had a wonderful Memorial Day.
03:36Jamie, Bob, everyone listening.
03:38I saw our buddy Dan Schwartz, a friend of the show.
03:41Our buddy Mike in KOP, friend of the show.
03:44They were tweeting, hey, where are the guys?
03:46It sounds like one of them, their best of programs.
03:48And there it was.
03:49So our apologies.
03:50It snuck up on people.
03:52I didn't even realize it was Memorial Day until, like, Sunday, actually.
03:56Really?
03:56I totally forget that stuff.
03:58No.
03:58I totally forget, like, when we have days off.
04:00Yeah, because we don't do it very often.
04:02That is correct, Bob.
04:03It's your fault.
04:03That is.
04:05Like, we like.
04:06Jamie and I like to take some days off.
04:08Ah, what are you going to do?
04:09See, here's the thing you do.
04:10What are you going to do?
04:10You do it.
04:11This.
04:14Like, that's really cool.
04:15Can you sleep past, like, 8 o'clock?
04:17No, I wake up every day at, like, 3.30.
04:20And I stay awake for about a half an hour.
04:22Really?
04:23Yeah.
04:23Did you get up or did you stay in bed?
04:25No, I stay in bed and I just lay there and I think, am I going to work today or am I not?
04:30And then it's like, no, I'm not.
04:31All right, go back to sleep.
04:32And then I can't go back to sleep.
04:34And I eventually do.
04:35And then I get up at 6.
04:37And then on it goes.
04:39What day is it?
04:40It's your fault.
04:41October?
04:42All right.
04:42Wait.
04:43It's your fault.
04:43How is it my.
04:44Now, wait.
04:45Like, what's wrong with taking a week's vacation?
04:47We'll do that.
04:48Why are you so against it?
04:48We'll do that.
04:49Jamie, am I right?
04:50In a couple weeks.
04:51Is Jamie in there?
04:51Jamie's in there, yeah.
04:52He's, like, against it.
04:53Isn't he, Jamie?
04:54I'm not against it.
04:55I have a week vacation.
04:56We'll take a week vacation in a couple weeks.
04:58I just, I wish I worked with you more when you didn't have children.
05:00Because maybe when you didn't have children, you'd want to be home more.
05:04Uh, no.
05:05I've been like this a long time.
05:07If you forget, we went on, like, one vacation as a Catholic family.
05:10I think I, in all honesty, I think I complained about you at home one time.
05:15Saying that, like, Mark never wants to take a day off.
05:17And Donna looks at me.
05:18She goes, oh, this is coming from you.
05:21She's like, you still have, I think, 78 weeks left at the newspaper that you haven't taken.
05:27You should, we should do a segment where you call the paper and just be like, hey, guys,
05:30I'm taking next week off.
05:31And see if they're not talking to me.
05:34Go figure.
05:35But, uh, I hope everyone did enjoy Memorial Day yesterday.
05:38Did you do anything spectacular?
05:40Uh, not really.
05:41No?
05:42Just hung out.
05:42Chill?
05:42I saw mom and dad went and saw Joey and Eleanor.
05:45Oh, good.
05:45How's dad's beard?
05:46Dad's beard is strong.
05:48Really?
05:49Oh, my goodness.
05:49Is he trimming it or just letting it come in?
05:51Like, my parents, trim it a little bit.
05:54I told him he's got to shave the stuff under the mouth, the chin areas.
05:57Yeah.
05:58You got to take care of that just to keep it toit, right?
06:00Flavor saver.
06:02Absolutely.
06:03So, here's the thing.
06:03My parents are at that stage in their marriage, right, where I guess they don't relay information
06:09from their children.
06:10So, we're out back on the deck and we're out there with little toots, toots, and my mom.
06:14And my dad's, like, nowhere to be found.
06:17And I'm like, mom, is dad coming out?
06:20And she goes, ah, I think so.
06:22And I'm like, you think, what?
06:23And then, like, 20 minutes go by and I was like, mom, does dad know we're here?
06:26And she goes, I don't know.
06:27And I'm like, come on.
06:28Wait, you were at your parents' house?
06:30Yeah.
06:30Oh, I'm sorry.
06:30I thought you said they were at your house.
06:31No, no.
06:32We went down.
06:32So, you guys are hanging outside and dad's not coming out.
06:35We're just like, mom, did you tell dad we were here?
06:37So, we did the socially distant and he came out and then the beard was unveiled.
06:41Oh, my goodness.
06:42Magnificent.
06:43Majestic, I would call.
06:44I've never seen my father with facial hair.
06:46Like, I know people that their dads have beards.
06:49They always have beards.
06:50Maybe they shave, like, once every other year and they come out with, like, all the clean
06:54shaven and they totally look like a different person.
06:56My dad, I pinpointed it.
06:58My dad right now went from looking like Tony Saraguzzi's brother to looking like Francis Ford
07:04Coppola's brother.
07:05Wow.
07:05That's what he looks like.
07:06Like, prime Francis Ford Coppola.
07:08That's what my dad looks like right now.
07:09Did he comment on the beard when he walked out?
07:10Immediately.
07:11Was it kind of?
07:11Oh, okay.
07:12Standing ovation.
07:13Really?
07:14When he walked out, oh, man.
07:15If I had pots and pans, I would have been banging them together.
07:18Oh, my God.
07:18It was, Bob, majestic, this beard.
07:21Now, what caused, did the pandemic cause him to want to go?
07:24Oh, yeah.
07:24Oh, yeah.
07:25So, will he, if things get back to normal soon, will it be gone, do you think?
07:28Or do you think he likes it?
07:29I think I've convinced him that it's great.
07:32How about Eleanor?
07:32Does she like it?
07:35What?
07:36There's no opinion.
07:37He doesn't care?
07:38My, my, my, my, pretty much.
07:41Pretty much.
07:42But I saw a lot of people down the shore.
07:46Saw the videos of people down the shore.
07:47Yeah.
07:48And then I heard reports that, oh, yeah, if you saw a couple of videos of it looking overcrowded,
07:52it wasn't that bad.
07:53Did anybody go down the shore?
07:56Did anybody enjoy a shore weekend time down the shore?
07:59Jamie, did you go down with the family?
08:00Made the day trip yesterday.
08:02How was it?
08:03What was the scene?
08:04It seemed kind of low-key.
08:06Low-key, okay.
08:07Yeah, it wasn't a great beach day, so you couldn't get the true test of who was on the beach.
08:12We didn't go towards the boardwalk, obviously.
08:14But the town seemed quiet.
08:16Okay.
08:17And you get in what town was it?
08:18Ocean City.
08:19You're down in Ocean City?
08:19Yeah.
08:20Okay.
08:20Well, there's no drinking.
08:22No, but...
08:22Just not in public.
08:24Masks?
08:25Masks all around?
08:26I really didn't even see anybody.
08:27I did a curbside pickup for food, a place over in Strathmere.
08:31Okay.
08:32And that was masks.
08:33The one other person I saw, the restaurant had masks on.
08:37That was my only interaction with people.
08:39Because I will say, walking around the city, there was definitely more of that Philly during
08:44the summer vibe.
08:45Yeah.
08:46Where people were, you know, peace, we're down the shore.
08:48Yeah, I picked up dinner Friday night in Passy Ong, and like eight of the first ten people
08:54I saw were at restaurant windows without masks on, and I was just like, oh boy, here we go.
09:00I just had this conversation the other day.
09:01It's not back to normal.
09:02We're doing pretty good, and there's a lot of positives, but let's just see this out.
09:06If your doctor said to you, just on a random, unrelated to Corona, COVID-19, if your doctor
09:12said to you, hey, you know what?
09:13There's this thing you could do.
09:15It's a small thing.
09:15It's not that much of an inconvenience, but if you do this one thing, and maybe ten other
09:18people do it, there's a chance that there's some good that could come out of it.
09:23For humanity, would you do that one little thing?
09:25Yeah, right.
09:26I would do that one little thing, and then I'd shut up about it.
09:29I would be like, oh, okay, I just got to do this one thing.
09:31Okay, yeah, fine.
09:33Like, it's not that big a deal.
09:34And people are making it like, you're a sheep.
09:36And I'm like, what?
09:38I'm a sheep?
09:39It's five to, I mean, you don't have to do it full time.
09:41Just do it the five to ten minutes you're in consolidated spaces with people.
09:44Exactly.
09:45It's really not an inconvenience.
09:46We did the cocktail thing.
09:48We went out to one of the bars in the neighborhood, me and my wife and another couple.
09:50How great are cocktails to go?
09:52Phenomenal.
09:53Yeah, I hope it stays full time.
09:54I'm like, America!
09:55Like, this is like...
09:56But I feel like it's New Orleans, but cleaner?
09:59Is that right?
09:59And I go out and everyone had masks on, for the most part.
10:03Like, I would say, of the people I saw in the city, like, 95% of the people had masks on.
10:08And they had a thing set up, like a plexiglass thing where you could order a drink at the bar window.
10:11And they brought it out.
10:12Everyone was great.
10:13I brought my own pen just to be a little extra safe.
10:15Ah, there you go.
10:16Boom.
10:17But I just feel like it was a great time to be in the city again because it felt a little bit like normalcy.
10:24And it felt like those typical summer days in the city when 90% of the population is down to the Jersey Shore.
10:31Yeah, we came over on Sunday.
10:33We had to go down to my son's house in South Philly and just drove around downtown for a little bit.
10:38And it wasn't bustling, but it was moving.
10:41And, yeah, the masks were kind of because I'm driving and Donna's like, one, two, three, four.
10:46Oh, my God.
10:47There's like eight people that don't have masks on.
10:49I'm like, all right.
10:50You know, like, but for the most part, you know, you see joggers and stuff like that.
10:54When they get to people, everybody was clearing out and making sure they weren't near each other.
10:58So I really didn't see much bad going on.
11:00If you were around people, it seemed like for the most part people had masks on and also.
11:04It's like I spy all of a sudden.
11:05Yeah.
11:06Because everybody points it out.
11:07Oh, that guy over there.
11:08Oh, yeah.
11:08There was one guy across the street did not have a mask on, right?
11:11His buddy did, and they were standing like two feet apart.
11:14And, like, I was like, oh, okay.
11:16Maybe they're quarantined together.
11:18Yeah, maybe.
11:18I'm not going to jump in and judge those people.
11:21No, I don't mind if somebody's not wearing a mask out in, you know.
11:25The middle of nowhere.
11:26Social distancing, you know, ask situations where you can avoid people.
11:30But when you're in a tight spot, just throw the mask on.
11:33If you're on a boat, there you go.
11:34If you're on a boat by yourself, no mask.
11:36That's where I find it.
11:36If you're standing near other people.
11:37Just, you know, look out for them.
11:39And the place I went had a sign that said, like, no mask, no service.
11:42Yeah, yeah.
11:42Most places have it.
11:43That's every place.
11:44Yeah.
11:44All the places over in Jersey have it.
11:45I tried to go up and yell at the person and tell them I was American just so I could
11:49go viral.
11:50It didn't work.
11:50So, whatever.
11:52No, I enjoyed a fine, had a nice beer.
11:54Had a Yards.
11:55Treated myself to a nice beer, as a matter of fact.
11:57A Yards?
11:57Didn't go whiskey.
11:58Which one?
11:58Yards Pale Ale?
11:59I don't know.
11:59I don't know.
12:00Yards.
12:00I did.
12:00Because I was doing Yards.
12:02What is it?
12:02The Indian Pale Ale?
12:05Yeah.
12:05IPA.
12:06Yeah.
12:06They got an IPA in there.
12:07Yeah.
12:07Well, Yards does.
12:08Yeah.
12:09So, I was drinking them this weekend.
12:11There you go.
12:11Yeah.
12:12Treat yourself, Bobby.
12:13Yeah.
12:13Treat yourself.
12:13So, we hope everybody had a wonderful Memorial Day.
12:17And, obviously, thank you so much to all that have served our country.
12:21I know we all have family militarily involved.
12:23And, just all the appreciation of the world certainly did not go.
12:27We had a friend of mine who was once a Marine, always a Marine.
12:30He was over the house yesterday.
12:32Social distancing drink.
12:33Had a nice little time there.
12:34But, we hope everyone got to enjoy their Memorial Day weekend.
12:37Now, one of the things that was a highlight for me over the weekend, speaking of spectacular,
12:41Bob, to use your words, the match, too, was spectacular.
12:47It was so much fun.
12:49I sat there, and the thought that kept on going around in my head was, I'm caddying for
12:56these guys.
12:56Yeah.
12:57I felt like I won some kind of all-in challenge bid and got to follow Tiger Woods, Phil Mickelson,
13:04Peyton Manning, and Tom Brady as they played a round of golf.
13:07That's how they presented it to the viewing audience, and they hit a home run with it.
13:11They absolutely crushed it.
13:12This was one of the best, like, if Last Dance is the best thing to come out of the pandemic
13:16in terms of entertainment, and, like, Joe Exotic from the beginning of the pandemic, the beginning
13:21of shutdown, right, this was probably better than those other things.
13:25Like, when you talk about a live event, you talk about it being an actual, more or less,
13:30sporting event, and the access you got as a fan of sports in general, like, you didn't
13:35even have to be a big golf fan.
13:36All you had to know is these are two of the best.
13:38You're a football fan, obviously.
13:40Tom Brady, Peyton Manning, bring in that audience.
13:42Peyton Manning has mass appeal.
13:43We all know that.
13:44Like, those guys did it.
13:46Charles Barkley being part of the broadcast, getting the feed, like, literally being there
13:51along for the ride.
13:52They could not have done a better job with this.
13:55Yeah.
13:55Like, the, we were thinking about the, um, uh, the, the pig tournament, the horse challenge,
14:00the horse tournament that they did on ESPN.
14:02That was just a train wreck of train wrecks.
14:05This was the complete opposite of that.
14:06It could not have been more successful.
14:08Six million viewers.
14:11Six million viewers for this golf tournament that essentially, I hate to use this term because
14:17it's a derogatory term, but it was like a gimmick.
14:19But it was awesome.
14:21Sometimes gimmicks are good things.
14:23This was a great thing.
14:24Yeah, it was fun.
14:25And, uh, Tom Brady's a dork.
14:27And, uh, Peyton Manning's really cool.
14:29Uh, Tiger's really competitive.
14:31And Phil will become a phenomenal golf teacher when he's, uh, done playing.
14:35He'll be a great golf coach.
14:36Hey, he, he's so much, he's that guy.
14:40You know how when we all golf, there's always some guy.
14:42Oh, listen, I think on your backswing, you should do it.
14:44Like, I, I hate that, first of all.
14:46Oh, yeah.
14:46I can't, I don't care if you're too handicapped.
14:48Don't, I, I'm not out here to, to, you know, put the world on fire.
14:52I'm just out here having fun.
14:53But the way Phil teaches and the way he's, you know, like, like, Brady hits a 30-foot
14:59putt about eight feet.
15:00And, and he's, no, no, no, that's good, that's good.
15:02You left me a good line.
15:04You left me a good line.
15:05Like, I thought, I thought Mickelson was, I thought he was the hit of the day.
15:08Uh, yeah.
15:09In my book, he was the hit of the day.
15:10Tiger didn't talk much.
15:12No, no.
