00:19and uh we were doing a training exercise at uh fort campbell and uh went to do a rappel
00:27a little over 90 feet off the ground out of a black hawk and as i went to lock in it felt
00:34squidgy i guess would be the best way to put it you don't want it to feel no you don't it's a
00:40special ops term yeah squid squidgy is definitely not good and uh i caught a glance down and realized
00:48that my d-clip was separating which is the only thing holding me to the rope and uh so i was able
00:55to jerk just enough slack against the helicopter props to get it wrapped around my arms um but
01:03in that time frame i probably went about 15 20 feet with full ruck and everything on so rip both my
01:09shoulders out of the socket oh yeah that's just special ops stuff guys that's just yeah no i don't
01:17need those anymore i don't need those and yeah yeah they're still technically just out because the
01:23muscle that pulls them in the rotator cuff when they offer me the option for surgery the uh luckily
01:29i had a good surgeon he's like if you if you don't want quarter zone injections for the rest of your
01:33life just deal with the fact you can't raise your arms over your head for very long and uh don't get
01:38the surgery so but yeah i uh burnt the rest of the way in um and hit the ground so hard i had my
01:44rifle strapped to my leg and it actually bent the rifle and you know almost into and uh did the old
01:54bounce the butt off the ground and shove the knees into the face thing and uh and i was i was sleepy
01:58time for about a day and a half yeah you go to bed yep you just go to sleep for a while sonic that's a

02:38his shoulders right apart still living nothing but the man upstairs yeah that's true got his voice
02:46as deep as that too yeah yeah special ops uh i fell out of a helicopter and ripped both my shoulders
02:52out but you know what hop right back at it i read to kill a hundred thousand people
02:56there's one time in training though when i almost died
03:03oh god this almost got chucked before too uh came home late and stoned
03:11decided to eat some powdered donuts remember when you almost choked to death on powdered oh yeah yeah
03:18well this i don't remember this can happen this guy choked and almost blacked out wait a minute
03:25there's the guy that calls in with the shoulders yeah the badass yeah and then there's
03:32then there's the powdered donut a little bit uh near-death experience yeah hey how are you man
03:42pretty good so uh call me the freak yeah oh are you black ops as well uh special special ops
03:49special that's what you're just special oh no there's no ops a couple people have called me special
03:55okay so you're uh you're special what how did you uh how did you almost die man well i'll tell you what
04:00i was out on it wasn't really a training mission it was more like drinking oh sure yeah okay and i got
04:05home and uh when i went into the kitchen there was a 30 pack really super dried out white sugar powder
04:18not drugs no donuts donuts white sugar don't white powder donuts so i got into them i got real deep
04:28deep they say i had a stare thousand yard stare we're still talking about i was joking yeah yeah
04:37i started joking on them i started really joking on them but
04:42bringing back memories right now i'm bringing them all back
04:46so ptsd for you the d stands for donuts i've never had a donut since that's a lie
04:51i've eaten a god blessed ton of those little donuts luckily i had a glass of milk
05:04you made it i took a big swig of that milk and washed it down
05:10lived to fight again wow man all right anyway i just wanted to call

05:48don't either well now you're done yeah well not for that reason not because i almost died well sort of
05:55more of the diabetes yeah wow they do need to put a warning on those powdered donuts though because
06:00i know you can encounter some dry ones well for me it's not even that it was dry there was almost
06:04too much powdered sugar so when i went to put it in my mouth i was inhaling
06:07it's ridiculous i think i had it like sucks all the oxygen out of your lungs i think i just had
06:13four of them in my mouth like i think at one time all being chewed i think that's what did it
06:18this was one of those 30 packs like you you know it's like a big plastic it looks like a treasure
06:23chest a clear treasure chest of donuts where you open it like this and sugar goes flying i'm like
06:29ah i'm in i'm in and then there's just tons of them non-stop
