00:00The Department of Foreign Affairs, or DFA, successfully repatriated 10 Filipinos after being victimized by illegal online recruitment schemes in Cambodia.
00:09The DFA immediately addressed the needs of the repatriates, such as medical checkups, travel documents, and care packages.
00:16The department also assures that they were given legal and humanitarian aid, like hospitalization, legal assistance, and emergency repatriation.
00:25DFA Assistant Secretary Robert Ferrer reminded the public to be critical when it comes to job offers online and coordinate with the DMW, DOLE, and other local government units before accepting offers to work abroad.
