00:00The Department of Trade and Industry will visit all the regions of the country to bring the government's programs.

00:14Golden Age of Entrepreneurship in the Philippines.

00:17That became the center of discussion in the Asia SME Forum 2025.

00:22Entrepreneurs, business innovators, and industry leaders gathered here.

00:27According to Trade and Industry Secretary Christina Roque,

00:30because the Philippines is one of the fastest growing economies in Asia,

00:34the Department of Trade and Industry, or DTI, wants to maintain and strengthen it.

00:40This April 2, the agency will launch the DTI Goes to the Region Bus Program

00:46to bring the government's programs to the public.

00:50We will really go to them because before we would do it through our regional offices.

00:56But now, DTI's main office is going to each and every region.

01:01That's really the main goal.

01:03DTI's target is the digitalization of local entrepreneurs

01:08so that business operations will be easier.

01:11This includes digital partnerships with Gcash, Maya, and other digital platforms.

01:17Number one, the President wants us to really go digital.

01:21We want it to be easy for them.

01:23We also want to provide different avenues for these MSMEs

01:28to make sure which one is easier for them.

01:31So they just have to choose.

01:32Meanwhile, the secret was also revealed

01:35that the business sector is not affected by the political noise in the country.

01:39For us, we continue to go out there.

01:42We just came from Japan.

01:43We just came from the U.S.

01:45And we just focus on what we really do.

01:48That's where we focus because we work for the Filipino people.

01:52According to DTI,

01:53the export of manufactured goods is slowly increasing from the locals.
