00:00You can vote on election day, you can vote in an early voting centre, postal vote, you can even
00:12vote via telephone voting if you have blindness or low vision. We go to extraordinary lengths to
00:18make voting possible for all Australians. Even if you're in a remote area, we will have mobile
00:25teams out allowing people to vote in remote areas, we visit hospitals, we visit aged care centres and for
00:33this election we've had a dramatic increase in the accessibility of our polling places on election
00:39day. We've almost 50% of our polling places fully accessible. Voting is compulsory in Australia but
00:45beyond that it's an absolute privilege to have the say in who is representing us in the Parliament. Lots
00:53of people in the world do not have that opportunity and here in Australia, plan your vote, get out,
01:01involve yourself in Australia's democracy, the best in the world.
