00:00Burnley Live is back for 2025 and it's bigger and better than ever.
00:05This event is brought to you by Discover Burnley and Burnley's Year of Culture 2027.
00:11It's all happening over the Maybank Holiday Weekend right here in Burnley Town Centre.
00:16That's Friday the 2nd, right through to the Bank Holiday Monday on the 5th of May.
00:21We've got over 25 bars, cafes, restaurants, theatres and shopping venues taking part in this year's event.
00:28They'll be providing special offers, great live music and family friendly entertainment for you to enjoy throughout the weekend.
00:37And of course the heart of Burnley Live is our live music stage brought to you by Bar Mojitos and Remedy.
00:43And they'll be bringing to you the best bands from the local area and beyond.
00:48Throughout the weekend we'll have fantastic solo artists, original music, tribute bands, DJs and more.
00:54As well as all the brilliant live entertainment, all your favourite restaurants, shops, eateries will be open throughout the weekend.
01:04And on the Saturday this includes our artisan market in the town centre.

01:16What I really enjoy about this live music weekend is that everything is based within a one mile radius of the town centre itself.
01:25Making it really easy to experience the widest range of venues including this, the brand new Pioneer Place.
01:33The characterful Canal Side Traditional Ale Houses.
01:37To sophisticated restaurants, plazas and food halls.
01:41And we've got ample parking.
01:47Right here in the town centre.
01:50In this video we haven't had a chance to be able to tell you the line up of fantastic artists, bands, musicians, tribute acts, dancers.
01:58All sorts of things going on in the town centre and in all the different venues.
02:02But that information will be coming to you very shortly in a series of videos leading up to the event.
02:07Hosted by many of the venue's managers and owners.
02:11And for those of you that want to make a full weekend of it, Burnley has got excellent hotels.
02:16So budget hotels and even four star hotels.
02:19So you've got accommodation right here in the town centre.
02:22And for those people that are used to the live music events, maybe you'll be looking for parking space for a van or a camper.
02:29Well I can tell you Burnley's got lots of availability for that type of accommodation.
02:34So why not make a full weekend of it?
