00:00The work that we do in forming policies in creating a better Singapore requires collective
00:10effort, requires collective feedback from everyone. So when we say this, actually we
00:17have to also take note that we've robustly consulted a lot of people in the community
00:24through REACH, through even our own backbenchers, PAP backbenchers, and I think often times
00:35it's very hard to say if it comes from anyone else, but the reality is that everyone contributes
00:41to this, and I think the bigger point to appreciate and understand is that that is the way we want
00:46to move forward. We cannot run on just the government alone, we do want collective insights,
00:53but key in actually looking at the selection of leadership is really to ensure that the
01:01party that has the track record, the capability of translating just ideas into action, looking
01:10through the pros and cons of something, you need to have someone, a team that can navigate
01:16it well. So that I think is something we would ask for voters to think about, and we enter
01:25this space with humility, we respect different views, and I do appreciate the robust competition
01:33and challenge because I think that's what makes Singapore better. So I think we welcome the
01:39positions shared by different parties.
