A Brit who was among just a handful of tourists allowed into North Korea last month says he was 'watched constantly'.

Anthony James Macfarlane, 31, described visiting Pyongyang as as "insane experience" - and said he would definitely go back.

But he has also shed light on some of the differences in the secretive state - including one football team's matches being BANNED from TV.
