WB: “We want peace” local vendors appeal for peace after violent clashes in Murshidabad

Dhuliyan, Murshidabad (WB), April 17, 2025 (ANI): After violent clashes in various places of Murshidabad, the central security forces deployed have been in the area. Talking to ANI, local sellers said that they want peace. Local Seller, Nephaur Rahman said, “Our businesses are closed from last 5 days for violence, we are facing losses. After 5 days we came here… We heard about violence. We want peace… So that we can work and earn for our livelihood.”  Local Seller, Motibur Sheik said, “After violence we came… We got information about this incident earlier. That's why we didn't came. We had loss in last few days. We want peace.”
