00:00He's not a diplomatic man, do you think, Riyadh, Vladimir Putin?
00:04Definitely not.
00:06We have not seen this display of diplomacy in a lot of the situations Russia was involved in.
00:16He was not diplomatic in Georgia, and he was not diplomatic in Abkhazia, in Chechenia, and now in Ukraine.
00:26And that's, I think, the point President Sadinsky was trying to make in the famous quarrel we saw in the Oval Office.
00:38I mean, he was trying to make a point that history, when it comes to the Ukrainian conflict,
00:45shows that Putin never endorsed diplomacy, was never playing diplomatically, was always pushing for war.
00:54And that was the point of contention between President Zelensky and President Trump and Vice President Vance.
01:02And I think what we're seeing now is proving Zelensky right, that Putin is not playing by diplomacy.
01:13Right now, so far, Russia has not given a response, a positive response, to the U.S. proposal to end or to come to a ceasefire in preparation to end this war.
