00:00Through the devastating reality of the medical collapse under the siege,
00:07he will share first-hand accounts of what it means to treat patients,
00:13many of them children, as you will see, under this brutal constraints of war,
00:20without proper equipment, without proper supplies, without proper medications,
00:25even without anesthesia.
00:27Insha'Allah, I'll introduce our brother, Dr. Abdul-Rafid.
00:34JazakAllah khayran.
00:35JazakAllah khayran.
00:43JazakAllah khayran.
01:13As-salamu alaykum wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuh.
01:18JazakAllah khayran for everyone who's attending and who's watching online.
01:23May Allah azawajal reward you for your attendance.
01:26May Allah azawajal reward the organizers for conducting this conference, insha'Allah, rabbil alameen.
01:32May Allah make this heavy on our scale on Yom al-Akhira.
01:35Since this genocide started in October 2023, I have been wanting to go for many, many months.
01:45And subhanAllah, through many efforts, eventually Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala granted me the ni'mah to go and serve our brave people,
01:55our women and children in Gaza.
01:58And at that time, the Rafah border was open.
02:01So our journey for the medical team was to, from here to go to Cairo, and then from Cairo go to the Rafah border,
02:10and then from there into Palestine, and then come back the same way.
02:15SubhanAllah, at the end of the journey, that's not how we came back.
02:19But I'll come to that at the end of the lecture.
02:23And as you prepare for this, mentally, you can imagine what may be the situation there.
02:31You've seen these pictures online.
02:33You've seen them on 4K on your phones and so forth.
02:37But the reality there is much, much more stark.
02:40So my preparation was of the sort where we carried equipment from here as much as you can get so that we can get it across into Rafah, into Gaza.
02:55When I landed in Cairo, the team, including myself, I was one of the first ones to get there.
03:01And I took suitcases full of medical equipment, medicines, hardware, orthopedic supplies, screws, plates.
03:10Everything that I need to perform surgery there.
03:13I took with me toys, candy, and many of the other healthcare professionals that came in this medical mission.
03:22Took everything that they could from feminine hygiene stuff to food stuff to slippers to clothes to toys.
03:32And anything and everything that you would think would be needed in Gaza.
03:37Because there is a continued blockade that was occurring at that time.
03:43And when I landed in Cairo, I was stopped at immigration for about over two hours.
03:49Where they went through all of the medical stuff that I brought in, including every medication.
03:54And then they went through this and they were stopping people from bringing in medicines like narcotics, hydrocodone, oxycodone, your morphines, your fentanyl, and all of this stuff.
04:10And the reason that the Egyptian authorities gave was that they don't want these drugs to be used on their streets and cause a drug problem in Egypt.
04:19That is the reason that they gave me.
04:22So we knew this, so I didn't bring any of the narcotics.
04:25But nonetheless, they went through everything in my suitcases and stopped me for over two hours going through this.
04:32And I tell them, these authorities, these immigration guys, and say,
04:35Bro, I'm here for a medical mission to Gaza with all of this.
04:41What are you checking for?
04:42This is for your brothers across the border, but nothing doing.
04:51And while I'm sitting there, Sabrun Jameel, I said, okay, I'll sit.
04:56I asked one of the, my lead of the medical mission, said, look man, I'm here for over two hours.
05:02They're stopping, they're going through everything.
05:04My brother said, why don't you just hand him a $20 bill or $100 bill?
05:09They'll let you go.
05:11By Allah, I told him, no.
05:13I will not bribe these people so that I can serve the cause of Allah across the border.
05:21And I sat there.
05:22And I sat there.
05:24And I sat there and looked at them.
05:26Roamed around them.
05:27The guy is Googling, what is this medicine?
05:30Bro, I'm a doctor.
05:30I'm telling you what this medicine is.
05:34But nonetheless, eventually, they let me go.
05:37So in Cairo, to get from Cairo to get to the Rafah border, it's about a five-hour drive.
05:45But it took us 17 hours to get across into the Palestinian border because of checkpoints after checkpoints after checkpoints across this path.
06:00At every checkpoint, there's military barricades going through everything that's coming through.
06:07The Egyptian military is restricting the pathway of medical teams one after the other.
06:16And that picture on your right side is the truck of 200 suitcases of medical equipment and food and clothing and feminine hygiene stuff that we took ourselves.
06:28Because on that path, there are semi-trucks worth billions of dollars lined up on each side of the highways, not going through.
06:41Billions of dollars of aid that you all have sent.
06:45That every organization from every organization across the world, Muslim or non-Muslim, is just sitting outside on this pathway towards Gaza.
06:54Because there's a blockade, the Egyptians maintain it on behalf of the Zionist entity.
07:02So what you need is what you carry on your backs.
07:06What you drag down through the Rafah border.
07:10The Rafah border holding pen, I would say it's a pen.
07:14There is no water.
07:16There is no air conditioning.
07:17There is not even a fan.
07:18And it is much worse for the Palestinians even before this Gaza situation.
07:26You're just sitting there in 100-degree weather in a holding pen where they keep checking your immigration status.
07:35They look at your passport.
07:37They relay it back to the Zionist entity and say, oh, is this guy approved or not?
07:41So at any moment, they can send you back.
07:45You as the medical team, you have no guarantee of entering into Gaza.
07:50It is all because if Israel allows it, then you enter.
07:55Otherwise, you go back.
07:58Alhamdulillah, with the blessings of Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala, with the barakah of Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala, I was able to enter.
08:04And this is the picture that we all take as you enter into Gaza.
08:07This is the Isle of Gaza sign, and we took this picture.
08:10Eventually, this was also destroyed.
08:13And one of the first things you see as you enter, one of the first things actually you hear as you enter into Gaza is the Zananas, these drones.
08:25These drones are of several types, surveillance drones and the quadcopters that run and basically shoot at people.
08:33These Zananas, these drones are running 24-7.
08:36First few days, it was like, what is this?
08:39What is the sound that constantly reverberates like the mosquito in Nimrud's head, non-stop?
08:48Non-stop.
08:49Could not sleep for the first couple of days.
08:51It's like, what is this going on?
08:53And you can hear the vibrations of these Zananas going up and down, coming closer to the buildings.
08:58They're loud.
08:59Surveiling 24-7, quadcopters, running 24-7.
09:05This is part of their psychological warfare, that any moment you would be killed.
09:12And as we entered the first couple of days, within the first couple of days, the Zionists had launched their invasion into Rafah.
09:24And within, I think about two days or so, they started bombing Rafah and they took and occupied the Rafah border.
09:30And they had military moving within the Rafah border.
09:33This picture is not a beautiful sunset.
09:40This is the bomb lighting up the night sky.
09:47These are 2,000 pound bombs.
09:49These Moabs that they call them.
09:50I felt it every single day.
09:53The whole neighborhoods would shake.
09:55If you were asleep, they would wake you up in terror.
09:59These bombs were being dropped every single day.
10:02Every single day.
10:04And every single day that I was there, there was mass casualties coming in.
10:09Women, children, elderly.
10:10No one is spared.
10:16And every few days, they would drop these leaflets to evacuate certain areas.
10:22They would mark it as red signs, this is no longer a safe area, move out.
10:26Every few days, there were people who were displaced from their homes to go to a different area.
10:32And they were moving everybody from Rafah, from Khan Yunus into Mawasi, which is nothing.
10:36There is nothing there.
10:37It's just an open sea and sand.
10:41And people live there in tents.
10:43And later on, while I was there, they were bombing Mawasi.
10:47Dropping these bombs on families living in tents.
10:50It's basically shattered to pieces.
10:57And every few days, you would see these sites of families displaced from one area to the other,
11:04moving on donkey carts, moving on hospital beds.
11:08Whatever they can carry, they would carry with themselves to move from one area to another area.
11:13Many of the people that were working in the hospitals were of those displaced families.
11:19Some of them living within the corridors of the hospital.
11:24Some of them with men, women, and children and families murdered as they're working within the hospitals.
11:33When I was there, there was a nurse who would come in every single day.
11:38Every single day.
11:39And his wife and his two young children, one was a two-year-old, the other was a newborn,
11:46living on the streets because he could not afford money for even a tent.
11:52But this person, he would be there every day helping the patients while his wife and his child would be on the streets.
12:00That person was killed when I came back.
12:08The three nurses that I worked with almost every day were killed by the time I came back.
12:15Who knows what has happened to that wife and those two kids.
12:21The hospital compound is a refugee camp.
12:2530,000 people living in and around the hospitals.
12:27The corridors of the hospital are filled with families living on the sides where they have a little bedsheet covering themselves with privacy.
12:36In those corners is the wife without a husband.
12:40In those corners there are kids without their father or their mother as orphans running around in the hospital.
12:48Every corner has a family.
12:52You will see aunties baking bread on the floor.
12:55And you will see men.
12:59This is a brother who would, every Isha, I would see him as I come out of the operating room,
13:04praying his Salatul Isha without a leg in his walker.
13:09You will see a man like this.
13:12Who would make bread first thing in the morning.
13:15And he would give it to me or to the doctors coming into the operating room.
13:20He has nothing.
13:22He has nothing but he's baking bread outside.
13:25And he gives it to me for breakfast.
13:27This is your food.
13:28This is your bread.
13:29Allah subhanAllah, that bread.
13:31I've never tasted that beautiful bread that this man gave.
13:35This is the people that they're massacring.
13:50These are children.
13:52Every morning they would get up to collect water.
13:57Children, five years old, six years old, seven years old.
14:00They should be in school.
14:03No, they're standing in line to gather some morsel of food, some buckets of water.
14:09With nothing on them.
14:12No slippers, no shoes.
14:14But getting water every single day.
14:17This is Khan Yunus.
14:26Majority of time I was in Khan Yunus.
14:30The neighborhood is completely destroyed.
14:33Not a single building is left behind.
14:37Not a single building is left behind.
14:39Not a single home is intact.
14:43It is zombie apocalypse situation.
14:45It is like what you see in these sci-fi movies.
14:50The streets smell of gunpowder and bomb and dust and incendiary smoke.
15:02There are families who try and go back to these destroyed homes to build something of what they can.
15:11Where children pick up bricks and try and make a wall to keep them safe from the environment.
15:19But when they go back, they smell these incendiary smoke from these bombs, these toxic fumes.
15:27And it burns their internal organs.
15:30And there's a family that came in with a husband, wife and three daughters.
15:33Came in with this because they went into these destroyed homes to clean up and start to build something.
15:40But they got infected by that smoke and they were all on vents by the time they got done.
15:48Because these incendiary bombs are burning them inside in their lungs.
15:52This is the compound of the Nasser Medical Complex.
16:04The whole medical complex was completely massacred or completely destroyed.
16:08Every single building has been leveled in this Nasser Medical Complex.
16:13Same thing as what they did with the Shifa Hospital.
16:14That building on your right is a dialysis unit area.
16:20They destroyed this.
16:21Anybody who is on dialysis, who has diabetes and has to be on dialysis,
16:25you know that without dialysis, that's a death sentence.
16:27There is no dialysis in Gaza.
16:31So that is a death warrant for you right away.
16:35They destroyed that wing of the medical complex.
16:39These are ambulances that they bombed and completely destroyed.
16:43The whole area is nothing but dust.
16:46And the whole area, you can smell the smell of decomposing bodies.
16:52These are body bags with zip ties.
16:56Body bags with zip ties where they killed probably the doctors, the nurses, the patients.
17:03That picture on your left, that's a human bone.
17:06That's a bone of a human being that has decomposed, that has been killed.
17:15That could have been a doctor, that could have been a nurse, that could have been a patient.
17:19Subhanallah, the brothers eventually buried the body as we do to give it the proper rights and respect.
17:27But these Zionists have no sense of humanity.
17:32They have no sense of any honor in them.
17:38To the point that they do not even care.
17:41This is the UN convoy that they attacked.
17:43They were attacking not just the doctors that are there, the nurses that are there from the Palestinians,
17:52but even the targeted UN convoys of aid distribution, convoys of medical supplies and so forth.
18:01They shot at this UN convoy.
18:03They killed the driver and they injured two other UN officials which we treated in the hospital that I was in, in Khan Yunus.
18:09But nonetheless, the humanity is selective.
18:13They can get away with every crime without an ounce of condemnation from the so-called moral West.
18:24Just recently you saw, they killed 15 or so medical aid workers, buried them in mass graves,
18:31destroyed their ambulances to sort of get away with their crime.
18:34This was regular.
18:35One of the doctors who worked in the emergency room, a Palestinian brother,
18:39he was threatened on a regular basis where he would get phone calls from the Zionists saying,
18:44stop it or else.
18:46He was being targeted.
18:48Some of the doctors that were targeted and arrested and abused at Al-Shifa Hospital, I worked with them.
18:55They continue to work day in and day out.
18:58You can see the risks that were tied down and abuse that they had, again, by the Zionists.
19:06That is Liliana, 18-month-old child who was shot in the head by a sniper while in her mother's arms.
19:27You look at that picture, everything is okay with that child.
19:34Her hands are okay, her feet are okay, her torso is okay.
19:38Except for a bullet in her head.
19:41With the brain marrow coming out in the back.
19:43An 18-month-old kid shot purposefully.
19:50And there's many doctors over there who has testified again and again and again
19:54that the children are purposely being targeted.
19:58They're purposely shot in the head or in the chest.
20:02This one doctor testified that she saw 18 kids shot in the head,
20:09one after the other that came in while she was on mission there.
20:12These are not accidental shootings.
20:16This is on purpose.
20:18This is a genocide against children.
20:21Every single day I was there, you would have tens of children
20:23who would come in with shrapnel injuries, with limbs blown off,
20:28with abdominal injuries, with burns throughout their body.
20:35The other picture is a five-year-old kid who died in the CT scanner.
20:42Tried to resuscitate her, but she passed away.
20:47We just had her fingernails painted.
20:50Five-year-old kid.
20:57Blown off.
20:57This is a four-year-old kid.
21:04Came in from a bomb blast injury.
21:08About 60% of his body is burnt.
21:13With second, third degree burns.
21:16Some areas are fourth degree burns.
21:18His eyelashes and his hair has been burnt,
21:24and you can smell burnt hair on him.
21:31And I'm doing CPR on this kid.
21:35That's my hand holding the ambu bag,
21:37trying to resuscitate him,
21:39trying to give him some oxygen.
21:40There is no oxygen in certain areas.
21:44This is in the trauma bay.
21:46The only thing that works is one station where oxygen is there.
21:50The oxygen supplies are running low.
21:53There is no suction to suck out all of the blood that's in their mouths.
21:58And I'm doing CPR on this kid.
22:04This four-year-old kid.
22:06Crushing his bones.
22:08And we do something called a fast test.
22:10We take an ultrasound,
22:11and we look at the internal organs to see what's going on.
22:14He had a shattered lung.
22:16He had a shattered spleen.
22:17He had shattered ribs.
22:19This kid was blown from the internal,
22:22from inside.
22:23And I am crushing him further,
22:26as I'm doing CPR.
22:29This child died in my hands.
22:32Four-year-old kid died in my hands.
22:37I have children of that age.
22:41That's his sister in the middle picture.
22:45Ten-year-old, maybe 12-year-old.
22:47Who came with also bomb blast injuries,
22:50with shrapnel all across her body.
22:53I thought she had survived,
22:55but later on I find out that she was also killed.
22:59She died of her injuries.
23:04That is a nurse.
23:06A 21-year-old nurse.
23:07A trainee nurse.
23:10He comes in every day.
23:12That's their cousin.
23:16He comes in one day,
23:18and he finds his cousin
23:19out on the deathbed in the ER.
23:21That's him carrying his four-year-old cousin.
23:28This is a 21-year-old kid
23:30holding his dead family.
23:34Every single person in Gaza
23:38has had their families being killed or injured.
23:42Every single person.
23:44There is not a single family
23:45that has been spared.
23:47Some have been completely wiped off.
23:53These are children.
23:55Some of the graphic images
23:56I'm not even showing here
23:58who have been burnt head to toe.
24:00This kid has the left leg
24:03that's completely burnt.
24:04It will eventually need to be amputated.
24:06He's got a left arm
24:07that has been amputated and burnt.
24:09He's got a chest tube
24:10going through his lungs.
24:11He's got facial injuries.
24:13There are many children of the sort
24:17that cannot be treated
24:18in those settings.
24:20It is almost impossible
24:21for these kids to survive this.
24:24Stuff like this,
24:25you have to treat.
24:26Even here,
24:27you cannot treat these things.
24:29You cannot,
24:29this major trauma,
24:30you cannot treat them
24:31in your local hospital.
24:32It has to go to major trauma centers,
24:34major university settings.
24:35Even then,
24:36it is very, very difficult
24:37to treat major trauma like this.
24:40By Allah,
24:46some of these,
24:47some of these patients,
24:55some of these kids,
24:57they have suffered
24:57through so much pain.
25:00By Allah,
25:01I thought it would be,
25:02been better
25:03if they would have been just killed
25:05and went back to Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala
25:07than suffered through this
25:08day in and day out.
25:12But Allah,
25:13we accept his qadha,
25:15we accept his qadha.
25:16He knows who gets life,
25:18who gets death.
25:19We accept it.
25:20But the heart does not accept
25:22the suffering of children like this.
25:25Wallahi,
25:25I pray that may Allah,
25:26just take them,
25:27stop with the suffering.
25:31But we accept
25:32the qadha of Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala.
25:34This is a three-year-old
25:39and a five-year-old sisters
25:41that came in
25:42after a bomb blast injury.
25:45The five-year-old
25:46has a skull fracture
25:47with brain matter hanging out,
25:50being treated in a dirty ER.
25:53That's her sister
25:54who's got her skull blown off,
25:58who's got a huge laceration.
26:00And I'm suturing her,
26:03trying to bring it back together.
26:06While her mother
26:07is holding her tight
26:08and I'm telling her,
26:09recite Ayat al-Kursi,
26:11recite Surah al-Fatiha,
26:12so that your pain
26:13will go away
26:14with the ayat of the Quran.
26:16Because I cannot give you
26:17enough energy
26:17in the dirty ER.
26:18And I'm suturing her
26:20with a needle
26:21that says,
26:22not for human use.
26:25That does not penetrate the skin.
26:28I'm causing her more harm.
26:31And I'm asking her for forgiveness.
26:35But that is the situation.
26:38But these kids,
26:39my three-year-old,
26:40my five-year-old,
26:40like my daughter
26:41and daughter sitting there.
26:46There is so much blood.
26:49So much blood.
26:51I've been soaked
26:53from my torso
26:53to my legs
26:54with blood.
26:57Soaked with the blood
26:58of this ummah.
27:00Trying to bandage it.
27:06But can't stop it.
27:09This is a man
27:10on your right screen
27:12who came in
27:15after a bomb blast injury
27:16with his left leg
27:19completely mangled.
27:21His left arm
27:23hanging by tendons
27:25with a radial injury
27:27bleeding out.
27:28His left flank
27:30blown off
27:30with cement
27:32inside his internal organs
27:33with a subdural hematoma,
27:36laceration of his head,
27:38strapnel across his whole body.
27:40By Allah,
27:40this man
27:41did not scream
27:42in pain once.
27:46He recited
27:47ayat of the Quran
27:48and we were five surgeons
27:52including myself
27:52trying to save his life.
27:55I amputated his leg.
27:57Another surgeon
27:58was trying to save
27:58his arm.
28:00There's others
28:00were trying to get
28:01cement out of his body.
28:02I scooped out
28:04cement
28:04from his internal organs
28:06trying to save
28:10this man.
28:13Eventually he died.
28:16The mortality rate
28:18is huge.
28:20Majority of the patients
28:21I treated
28:22with major trauma,
28:24they all passed away.
28:27They're not surviving.
28:28They can't survive.
28:32There are kids,
28:33men,
28:34women
28:34who have external fixators
28:36on their limbs
28:37and their hands
28:38and their legs
28:38because they are purposely
28:40targeted by the Zionist entity.
28:42They shoot at the limbs.
28:44They shoot at
28:44your internal organs.
28:46They shoot at
28:46your adductor canal,
28:48your kneecaps
28:48because that will cause
28:50you the most pain
28:51and you will bleed out
28:52to death.
28:53And if you somehow survive,
28:55you are maimed
28:56for life.
28:58There's a whole
28:59hospital wing
29:00of men
29:01with external fixators
29:02or these rods
29:04that we put in
29:04into limbs
29:05to kind of stabilize
29:06them,
29:07to treat them.
29:08All of these wounds
29:09are infected.
29:10There's maggots
29:11growing in these wounds
29:12because there is
29:12no infection control.
29:16There is no
29:16infection control.
29:19There's a 14-year-old kid
29:21that thought
29:23he was opening
29:23a can of tuna
29:24but it was a bomb.
29:27It was a bomb.
29:29He was hungry
29:29but he was blown off.
29:33Both his limbs
29:35had to be eventually
29:36amputated.
29:37His left arm
29:38was amputated.
29:39His right hand
29:40only had two or three
29:41fingers left.
29:47Completely shattered.
29:48And that
29:49this particular
29:50child
29:51his stump
29:54got infected
29:55and I operated
29:56on him
29:56to save his stump
29:58but nonetheless
29:59Alhamdulillah
30:00through certain
30:00Muslim organizations
30:01he was able
30:02to be brought
30:03to the United States
30:04for medical treatment.
30:07Look at the irony.
30:08The very country
30:09that bombs you
30:10now comes and says
30:11we have the best
30:12health kit in the world.
30:13We will treat
30:14your injured.
30:14Your blood
30:17should boil.
30:21This is another kid
30:22one of my last operations
30:23a 14-year-old kid
30:25as well
30:25suffered for six months
30:28due to a bomb blast injury.
30:29His right leg
30:30completely shattered
30:31nerve injury
30:32muscle injury
30:33bone injury
30:34his leg is completely
30:35non-salvageable.
30:37He had multiple
30:38operations to save it.
30:41Eventually
30:41I ended up
30:43amputating his leg.
30:45The external fixator
30:46in his thigh
30:47is holding up
30:48his femur fracture
30:50which still
30:51has not healed
30:52from six months
30:53onwards.
30:55These are
30:55malnutrition children
30:57they don't have
30:57food,
30:57they don't have
30:58proper
30:58medicine.
31:01Things are not
31:02healing.
31:04This child
31:05lets his leg
31:06in a box
31:07to give in
31:07to his family
31:08to go bury it.
31:10This child
31:11suffered in pain
31:12for six months
31:14you could not
31:15even touch
31:15his leg
31:16he would scream
31:17in pain.
31:19Eventually
31:19the mother
31:20agreed
31:20for the amputation
31:22which was the
31:23right thing to do
31:23but nonetheless
31:24nonetheless
31:26I cannot give
31:30this patient
31:31morphine
31:32I cannot give
31:34this patient
31:34narco
31:35oxycodone
31:36all of the
31:37medicines that
31:38you need
31:38to treat the
31:40pain
31:40for such a
31:41major trauma.
31:42I cannot
31:43give him
31:44nerve medication
31:44like
31:45gabapentin
31:46pregabalin
31:47because
31:49the Egyptians
31:51the Egyptian
31:53government
31:53would not
31:55let me
31:56take in
31:56these narcotics
31:58that is needed
31:58for major
31:59trauma.
32:03After I
32:04amputated
32:04this kid's
32:05leg I gave
32:06him Tylenol
32:06and ibuprofen.
32:09Tylenol
32:10and ibuprofen
32:11that does
32:12not even
32:13treat a
32:13headache
32:13for some
32:14people.
32:18And this
32:19is at the
32:19hands of
32:20the hukam
32:20who continue
32:22to allow
32:23for the
32:24suffering.
32:26Tylenol
32:27and ibuprofen
32:27to this
32:28child.
32:28this is
32:40the
32:40genocide
32:40against
32:41children.
32:42There is
32:43massive
32:44amount of
32:44children that
32:45you see
32:45every single
32:46day.
32:46Every single
32:47place you
32:47go to
32:48there's
32:48children
32:48on the
32:49streets.
32:50They're not
32:51in school.
32:52They're not
32:53playing in
32:53gardens.
32:54They're waiting
32:55for their
32:55turn to be
32:56bombed.
32:56they're
32:58playing on
32:59hospital beds
33:00as a
33:00play thing.
33:01There are
33:01no toys.
33:03They're
33:03riding these
33:04hospital beds
33:04around.
33:06This is
33:06what they
33:06see all
33:07day in
33:08and day
33:08out.
33:10Day in
33:10and day
33:10out they
33:11see nothing
33:11but bombed
33:12bodies,
33:14flesh and
33:14blood all
33:15over the
33:15place.
33:21These are
33:21the children
33:22that I
33:23don't know
33:23if they're
33:24still alive.
33:25They come
33:25in and kiss
33:26you every
33:26single day
33:27and say
33:27Dr.
33:27Ahmed
33:28thank you
33:28for coming.
33:30Dr.
33:30Ahmed this
33:31is a
33:31gift.
33:32He made
33:32a little
33:32pouch for
33:33me to
33:33take away
33:34as a
33:34souvenir.
33:36This is
33:36a gift
33:36for you.
33:39Yeah
33:39doctor this
33:40is a
33:40gift.
33:41Dr.
33:41Ahmed
33:41take it.
33:42I don't
33:43deserve
33:43anything.
33:45What
33:45gift?
33:46I'm here
33:46to serve
33:47you.
33:48I don't
33:49deserve
33:49a gift.
33:51That's the
33:52humanity of
33:53these kids
33:53that they
33:54have
33:54destroyed.
33:56That's
33:56they are
33:57taking away
33:57the innocence
33:58of the
33:58children and
33:59make them
33:59victims of
34:00genocide.
34:02This was
34:02the hardest
34:03day when
34:04I had to
34:05leave.
34:05The hardest
34:06day when
34:06I had to
34:07leave.
34:08You can
34:09leave.
34:09I can
34:10leave this
34:11genocide but
34:12they're still
34:13there.
34:14They're still
34:15there waiting
34:17their turn to
34:17be massacred.
34:18and on
34:20the way
34:20out
34:21because of
34:23the rough
34:23part of
34:24that it
34:24was closed
34:24they had
34:25to evacuate
34:25us out.
34:26I was
34:26one of
34:26those 20
34:27doctors or
34:28so that
34:28was
34:29stuck in
34:30Gaza that
34:32had to be
34:32evacuated out
34:33through another
34:34means.
34:35We were
34:36told to go
34:36to Karam
34:37Abu Salim
34:37and then
34:37from there
34:38they said
34:39you can go
34:39to Tel
34:40Aviv.
34:41I said
34:41who goes
34:41to Tel
34:41Aviv?
34:43I'm going
34:43to Jerusalem.
34:45They evacuated
34:46us out
34:47through this
34:48Karam
34:49Abu Salim
34:49border and
34:50on the
34:50way you
34:51have to
34:51go through
34:51the Rafah
34:52border crossing.
34:54Karam
34:54Abu Salim
34:54is a little
34:55bit east
34:56of Rafah
34:57and on
34:57the way
34:58you see
34:58the Egyptian
35:00Rafah
35:00border.
35:02Triple
35:02fenced.
35:03This fence
35:04on one
35:04side
35:05where the
35:07truck is
35:07that's
35:08Gaza.
35:08On the
35:08other side
35:09that's
35:09Egypt.
35:11Triple
35:11fenced.
35:13The barb

35:14then a
35:15concrete wall
35:16then a

35:17then you
35:18see these
35:18towers
35:19the watch
35:19towers
35:19and then
35:20another
35:21concrete
35:21fence.
35:22Triple
35:23fence
35:23and
35:23through
35:24these
35:24concrete
35:24towers
35:25they can
35:25see
35:25everything
35:26on what's
35:26happening
35:26on
35:27Gaza.
35:28As we're
35:29going through
35:29they're
35:29completely
35:30destroying
35:31the houses
35:31and everything
35:32in Gaza.
35:33Buildings
35:33were completely
35:34bulldozed.
35:35I saw
35:35tanks
35:36and these
35:37bulldozers
35:38destroying
35:40these buildings
35:41and the
35:42Egyptian
35:43army
35:44sitting there
35:45and watching.
35:45on the
35:50way out
35:50I was
35:51greeted
35:51with
35:52the
35:52Israeli
35:52tank.
35:54These
35:55massive
35:55tanks
35:56that shake
35:57the earth
35:57as they
35:57move.
35:59This is
35:59in the
36:00bus.
36:00As we
36:01were leaving
36:01the tank

36:27But
36:27Allah

36:35through
36:35Egypt
36:36from the
36:37Ghazza
36:37Rafa
36:38border.

39:23where where are the armies of this ummah where are they when they when the women and children
39:33they're crying out day in and day out and you can see this you can hear the screams
39:38when they're calling out take us out of the city of oppression
39:43where are they where are they when you see these shattered limbs and heads of the
39:53women and children where are the armies of this ummah where are the ulama who should
40:02be calling upon these armies and mobilizing the all the people on the
40:06streets to move we don't need your speeches of wudu and aqidah and all that
40:12stuff where is your aqidah when the heads of our children are blown off where is
40:19your call for the mobilization of the armies when I come to you for example I
40:28come to you I'm I'm I'm tied down my mouth is gagged and I'm screaming at the top of
40:35my lungs help me help me my children are being slaughtered in front of my eyes my
40:46women are being raped and you stand there and you watch and I ask you I plead you
40:51help me and you say I'll make dua for you and you say I'll give you sadaqah for charity
41:03for the hospital bill is that acceptable is that acceptable
41:10is it I want the armies to move to save my ummah not to sit there and watch the slaughter day
41:25in and day out day in and day out whatever I did whatever I did was minuscule
41:40was nothing absolutely nothing compared to what is needed it needs the medical core of the
41:52muslim armed forces to treat this it needs the khalifa to mobilize an ummah of two billion to crush
42:01these occupiers none of this is acceptable whatever I did is nothing wallah it's nothing but at the end
42:12of the day but at the end of the day maybe the dua of one of these kids will save me from hellfire
42:22and maybe I can touch my toe and get into jannah because one of these kids said this man he came to help us this man spoke for us
42:39maybe I will be saved on yuhm al-akhirah because one of these kids made the wafak
42:45shazakum allahu khairan wa akhiru ta'awana and alhamdulillahi rabbil alameen
