00:00Only 14% of adults in Malaysia feel that the government is taking a heavy toll on their well-being, according to an international survey that placed this country in the bottom group compared to neighboring Asian countries.

00:16Malaysia ranks 7th out of 9 Asian countries in the World Registration Registration Risk Survey, which is carried out every two years.

00:26However, according to the survey, about 40% of Malaysians feel that the government is taking a heavy toll on their well-being.

00:35Singapore recorded the lowest percentage, which is only 13% of its people believe that the government is taking a heavy toll on their well-being.

00:46Benedict Bigges, head of research at Global Gallup Analytics, said the analysis of the survey showed that millions of adults around the world feel that their neighbors and government are not taking a heavy toll on their well-being.
