00:00President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. ordered the generals of the Philippine National Police
00:05to always abide by the law and their actions.
00:09In the oath-taking of the 33 star-ranked PNP officers,
00:14they were encouraged to stand up to the broad challenges of the present time.
00:19The President also assured the police generals that all PNP people
00:24are performing their duties with integrity, discipline, and justice
00:29towards maintaining peace and order in the communities,
00:34as well as responding to calamities.
00:37He also assured them of balancing the implementation of the law
00:41while adhering to institutional integrity and human rights.
00:46Among the officers in front of the President were
00:49Lieutenant General Bernard Bana,
00:51Police Lieutenant General Jose Nartates Jr.,
00:54Police Brigadier General Gene Fajardo,
00:56and Police Major General Nicolas Torre III.
