00:50And then, the main app that we developed is Unleash.

00:54We're a startup company.

00:56And then, we thought, why not we create a community for pets?

01:01Because sometimes, on social media,

01:03when you post pictures of dogs and cats,

01:06your friends sometimes get annoyed.

01:09So, in our experience, why not we create an app

01:13that's just for pet lovers and animal lovers.

01:17You can see all the posts, pictures, and videos there.

01:20You can make a diary for your pets.

01:23We also have Animal.

01:25It's an e-commerce shop that we opened.

01:28And we're the ones fulfilling the orders.

01:30Our struggle is, since our company is small,

01:35and the resources are limited,

01:37how can we spread it?

01:39Since the app is still new,

01:42it's a continuous development of the app.

01:46When we receive feedback from the users,

01:50and our staff is limited,

01:52sometimes, the process is long.

01:55So, we're trying our best to make sure

01:57that the user experience will be great.

02:03or if there are bugs, they can be solved immediately.

02:09it's a lifestyle app.

02:11We also have on-ground efforts to create a real community.
