00:14The re-elected Labor government will invest $100 million from the Commonwealth, matched
00:20by the ACT government, to get a national convention and entertainment centre precinct construction
00:26ready.
00:29It will be a game changer for our city's tourism, business events and hospitality economy.

00:40and in its place build an 8,000 seat venue in last year's Territory Budget, but had been

01:15right through the economy.

01:45dynamic in the capital.

01:57My campaign was about $20,000.
01:59I fundraised all of it myself.
02:02I'm in a contest with somebody who spends up to $2 million.
