A contraflow traffic will be implemented near the explosion area along Jalan Putra Harmoni in Putra Heights starting midnight on Monday (April 7), said Selangor police chief Comm Datuk Hussein Omar Khan in a press conference on April 6.
He added that only authorities and residents with special passes will be allowed in the affected areas.
