00:08According to the Agriculture Department, it is an advantage for the Philippines, especially for the products we export.

00:22It is possible that the U.S. export tariff in the Philippines will open new opportunities in the country.

00:28The U.S. exports 17% of its goods to the Philippines.

00:34This is the second lowest export tariff in some countries in Asia.

00:38If this policy continues, we can still get investors from countries that have a high export tariff.

00:50So they can go to the Philippines, work here, and manufacture because only 17% of the goods are exported to us.

00:58So this can be a negative or positive.

01:0149% of the export tariff in Cambodia was followed by 48% in Laos, while Vietnam has a 46% export tariff.

01:12The U.S. exports 34% of its goods to China.

01:16According to the Department of Agriculture, the Philippines' export tariff in the U.S. is an advantage.

01:22If the Philippines exports only 17% of its goods to the U.S.,

01:29while Vietnam, which is a major supplier, exports 46% of its goods to China,

01:33and Thailand exports 34% of its goods to China, which is a second major supplier,

01:44DAs in Japan are continuously trying to lower the price of bananas in Japan from 8% to 18%.
