Group-1 Ranker Venkataramana Interview : సమాజానికి ఎంతో కొంత సేవ చేయాలనే లక్ష్యంతో సాఫ్ట్వేర్ ఉద్యోగం సైతం వదులుకుని పోటీ పరీక్షలకు ప్రిపేర్ అయ్యాడు నల్గొండ జిల్లా కేంద్రానికి చెందిన వెంకటరమణ. ఆరేళ్లుగా సివిల్ సర్వీసెస్కి సన్నద్ధమవుతూనే టీజీపీఎస్సీ నిర్వహించిన గ్రూప్ -1 ఫలితాల్లో 535.5 మార్కులతో రాష్ట్రంలో రెండో స్థానంలో నిలిచారు. భవిష్యత్తులో సివిల్స్ సాధించడమే లక్ష్యమని అంటున్నారు.

01:02I completed my B.Tech ECE in NIT Warangal in 2013-17 batch.
01:07After that, I worked as a senior software engineer in a software company, Capgemini.
01:13I resigned from my job and started coaching civil services from 2019.
01:18In 2022, I got a notification from Telangana Group 1.
01:21I applied for it and I have been preparing for Group 1 since then.
01:26I am very proud to be second in the state after completing this year.
01:33Why did you resign from your job?
01:40When I got a salary of lakhs, I always wanted to help poor students or middle class people.

01:55I always wanted to help at least 10 people.
01:59It didn't let me sleep when I was working.

02:30What kind of job did you get in Group 1?
02:36After I got a job, I did MA Political Science in Indira Gandhi National University.
02:44I wrote my first exam on Junior Lecturer in Civics.
02:49I got an appointment on March 12 from the CM.
02:56On March 24, I joined Jairabad Government Junior College.
03:02Then I got a job as a Divisional Accounts Officer in Grade 2.
03:08I got a rank of 378 in Group 2.
03:14I hope to get a job as a Deputy Collector in Group 1.
03:20How did you prepare for this job?
03:27I used to start my schedule at 8 am.
03:32I used to sit in Ashok Nair's private study hall.
03:36I used to study from 8 am to 12.30 pm.
03:43From the first year of Civil Services Coaching,
03:48I used to study every subject in detail.
03:54After that, I used to do multiple revisions.
