00:07but failed to do so.

00:18Xiaowei is one of three Chinese nationals Taipei has recently ordered to leave for posting videos online
00:25advocating for military unification of China and Taiwan.
00:29Taipei says such messages breach cross-strait laws and stand to threaten national security and social stability.
00:37Now when Xiaowei was escorted into the airport earlier,
00:40she was seen shouting asking whether she'd done anything wrong.
00:45The Taiwanese authorities want me to be deported. Is that wrong?
00:51These three influencers caused a stir in Taiwan,
00:54with civic groups coming out to both advocate and protest their cause.
00:59All three women are married to Taiwanese citizens.
01:03In Xiaowei's case, there were initially some concerns from Taiwan's interior ministry
01:08that she had connections with China's government,
01:11concerns that flared after Xiaowei did not leave on time.
