00:00The Philippine Coast Guard, or PCG, has returned to handle China's issues in the West Philippine Sea.
00:07According to Commodore J. Tariella, the PCG spokesman for the West Philippine Sea,
00:12if the truth is based only on facts, China will be the one who will be in trouble.
00:18This includes the occupation of the Panganiban Reef in 1995,
00:23which is inside the Economic or Exclusive Economic Zone of the Philippines,
00:27where it is now a military base, compared to what China said back then
