Do you think the increase in National Minimum Wage is enough to meet the cost of living?
Transcript
00:00I think it's good that it's going up and I hope it keeps going up maybe because the way we're living keeps going up
00:05So it's harder for like younger people to move out and get jobs and stuff
00:08So it's like hard enough to get a job now anyway
00:11So I think it's good that it's going up because it just benefits but I think they should put other wages up as well
00:15It's like make it work out more
00:17No, I don't think it's
00:20Substantial currently. I
00:22Know they've rose it the last three or four years in a row by a decent wedge
00:27I think it should have been probably 10 or 15 percent higher
00:32Then you've got the other argument with it's difficult for small businesses. So I see both sides
00:39I myself have been on
00:40National minimum for most of my career up to now so and I wouldn't have been able to move out my parents
00:46I think it should be definitely the cost of living is constantly increasing
00:49It's become really hard for people especially the younger folks to be able to afford
00:53You don't be able to buy a house or anything else like that
00:55So I don't think it actually correlates with a kind of inflation at least like
